Biography & Scholarship

Joey Peutz is the University of Idaho Extension Southern District Director and Superintendent of the Caldwell Research and Extension Center, supporting faculty and staff across 10 counties to advance a thriving, prosperous, and healthy Idaho. She brings 26 years of experience as a UI Extension educator, with a career dedicated to improving the health and well-being of youth and families. Her professional interests include building a culture of health, adult learning, nutrition security and food access, community food safety, and the use of technology in education.
