Biography & Scholarship
Louise specializes in researching risk perceptions among resource-challenged populations from media psychology and macro-societal perspectives. She uses quantitative methods, social network analysis, and psychophysiological measures to understand how individuals make subjective judgments and respond to risk events in society. She is also interested in identifying effective communication strategies and message designs to better engage with priority audiences.
She began her career as an advertising executive before transitioning to a role as a public relations specialist in industry. Through her prior career, she developed advanced analytic skills that apply a data-driven approach to create tailored communication strategies and messaging for diverse populations.
