Biography & Scholarship

Registered dietitian nutritionist with 11 years of experience teaching in higher education (Nutrition and Family and Consumer Sciences Education courses) and 17 years of experience in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Research areas include food insecurity among college students, higher education institutional responses to food insecurity, food insecurity among Division 1 collegiate student-athletes, perceptions of athletics professionals of food insecurity among collegiate student-athletes, and collaboratively addressing food insecurity at the community level, especially in Idaho.
