Abstract
With a focus on Idaho conditions, this publication describes the symptoms and disease cycle of white mold in potatoes and recommends cultural, biological (with Conithirium minitans) and chemical control measures. Color photos of the disease, caused by the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, plus an illustration of the disease life cycle will more vividly enhance your understanding of this common Idaho potato malady.
