Abstract

The article highlights that roughly 30% of Idahoans live in rural areas, with rural population growth slower than urban areas. Hispanics have significantly contributed to this growth. Rural areas face higher poverty rates, especially among children, and lag in wages, job growth, and education compared to urban regions.
