Abstract
Get an accurate estimate of the 2016 cost of producing potatoes in three Idaho regions (southwestern, south central and eastern) by reviewing annual potato yields (plus historical comparisons), fumigation yield and adjustment factors, field-run vs. paid yields and input costs. This 37-page report, commissioned by the Idaho Potato Commission, also details the change in production costs/acre and per hundredweight over time.
