Abstract
Infrastructure consists of the basic facilities and networks that are needed for a functioning economy. In Idaho, this includes road and rail systems, information and communication networks, energy networks, water and wastewater facilities, and air and seaports. Infrastructure is not only essential for communities to function, the quality and reliability of infrastructure systems also factor into corporate location decisions. Idaho's infrastructure likely will be impacted by climate change and climate change-related weather events.
