Abstract
This report says Hispanics comprise 18% of Idaho's public K-12 students and have driven significant enrollment growth, though they score lower on standardized tests and have lower immediate postsecondary enrollment rates compared to non-Hispanics. Hispanic enrollment has increased in several K-12 districts and postsecondary institutions, even as non-Hispanic enrollment has declined.
