Abstract
This report details Idaho's strategies for supporting English Learners (ELs), highlighting the increasing number of EL students and the challenges they face, such as lower standardized test scores and high teacher caseloads. It emphasizes the need for professional development, additional resources, and the Title III Consortium to enhance EL education.
