Created to be part of a 4-H art curriculum, this informational card will provide a continuous visual reference for both youth and adults learning about visual art. The Elements & Principles card provides definitions, along with short descriptive words, for each element and principle. It also shows an artwork that captures the element and principle, assisting the learner in using the concepts in their own original artwork. The E&P card is a supplemental curriculum piece that will build basic art skills for youth and adult helpers.The E&P Card features the following elements and principles of design:Elements:Line, Form, Color, Shape, Space and TexturePrinciples:Balance, Emphasis, Repetition, Pattern, Movement, Rhythm, Proportion, Unity and VarietyPrinted on 8.5 x 11 glossy cardstock.
