Abstract
Medial epicondylitis, or inflammation of the medial elbow most often occurring at the origin of the wrist flexor tendons, is used for a diagnostic classification for medial elbow pain. Medial elbow pain is common in throwing athletes due to the load placed on the elbow during the cocking and acceleration phase of throwing. The current case review describes a collegiate baseball pitcher who experienced medial elbow pain with neurological symptoms and was treated with neurodynamic median and ulnar sliders.
