Abstract
Imogen Standard is facing a crisis of faith, in herself and society at large. Seeking a sense of purpose, she struggles to find her place in a world that worships the dollar. A strained relationship with her mother has uprooted her confidence, while her disenchantment with entitlement has made her wary of the status she was raised to crave. In an unlikely move from sophisticated city life to a small rural town, Imogen’s worldview is put to the test while she discovers how a place defines the way we live, love and let go for the greater good.
