Abstract

Hybridization, Genetic/genetics Oncorhynchus Oncorhynchus clarkii Oncorhynchus lewisi Oncorhynchus mykiss RAD-seq
This repository contains the filtered VCF for samples included in the study "Inversion Polymorphisms Carried by Introduced Rainbow Trout Disrupt Hybrid Zones Between Native Species." Not all samples were used for analyses. all_RADCap_10x.filtered.noCCT.recode.vcf.gz and its associated index file is the input VCF used for most analyses. Post-Filter_VCF_Metadata_Final.xlsx contains the metadata for all samples included in all_RADCap_10x.filtered.noCCT.recode.vcf.gz Input files and code to reproduce analyses in the aforementioned manuscript are provided here in RBT_WCT_Inversion_Polymorphisms-1.0.0.zip and can also be found at: https://github.com/cdwgen/RBT_WCT_Inversion_Polymorphisms. Raw data for population level analyses tied to this VCF as well as raw data used to produce an associated inland redband trout linkage map can be found in the NCBI BioProject: PRJNA1510277.
