Abstract

Pacific salmon agent-based model animal migration termal regime thermal stress Biological Sciences
These datasets were created as part of an agent-based simulation model of adult Chinook salmon thermal exposure during migration in the Willamette and North Santiam rivers, Oregon, USA. The simulation used upstream movement rules derived from a radiotelemetry study and river temperature data from four USGS gauge sites in a cool, wet year (2011) and a warm, dry year (2015)
