Abstract
<p>Code for AoB paper: "Post-fire seed dispersal of a wind-dispersed shrub declined with distance to seed source, yet had high levels of unexplained variation"</p> <p>This repository includes code needed to replicate the models in the paper, including the landscape models and the latent WALD model.</p> <p>Full data with metadata and methodology is available at the Forest Service Research Data Archive here: <a href="https://www.fs.usda.gov/rds/archive/Catalog/RDS-2021-0073">https://www.fs.usda.gov/rds/archive/Catalog/RDS-2021-0073</a>. The version of the data (SeedTrapData_STAN.Rdata) included in this repository is organized to run in STAN models and is stripped of associated factor names.
