Abstract
A source-grounded, clause-local audit of 22 current official consumer privacy policies/statements/notices conducted on 2026-08-24. The study tests whether real agreement language contains localized exhaustiveness/closure constructions relevant to the Agreement-Execution Conformance Model (AECM). Under a frozen conservative rubric, the primary single-annotator coding identifies at least one localized closure assertion in 21 policies and leaves one policy uncertain. The sample is purposive and the deposit does not claim a population prevalence estimate, legal enforceability, software compliance, or validated automatic extraction. The deposit includes the frozen rubric, row-level source URLs and access/version metadata, short exact evidence spans, coding rationales, machine-readable provenance, rejected/uncertain examples, a blinded second-annotator sheet, scripts to reproduce manuscript Tables III and IV, and a script to compute agreement after an independent second coding.
