Abstract
This chapter outlines the Library Peer Mentor Program at Utah State University (UDU), highlighting how peer-assisted learning is utilized in library instruction. Started in 2004, this program supports the course-integrated instruction efforts of the Merrill-Cazier Library. History of the program, training and management of the student employees, and lessons learned from over ten years of experience are discussed.
