Abstract

The purpose of this research was to review the existing literature related to CTE Professional Development. This review examined 80 articles and found overarching themes related to CTE PD. The themes are CTE characteristics, CTE PD, digital world/Generation Z students, college/career readiness, traditional/alternative certification, teacher community, laboratory safety, and administration.
